Terms of Service
By using Co-Parenting, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult and authorized to manage and share the family information you enter.
Use of the service
Co-Parenting provides informal tools for organizing calendars, custody schedules, expenses, checklists, notes, and events. It is not a legal, medical, financial, or emergency service. Expense balances and payment reminders are not legal demands and do not establish obligations between the parties.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for your account security, the invitations you send, and the accuracy of your content. Do not use Co-Parenting to harass, monitor, threaten, or share data without authorization. We may restrict access in cases of abuse or risk to users or the service.
Free and Premium plans
The free plan includes the basic calendar and one child. Premium unlocks multiple children, advanced reminders, additional roles, and unlimited checklists. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple, renew automatically unless canceled, and can be canceled in Apple ID settings. Prices and billing periods are shown in the paywall before confirmation.
Apple billing and EULA
In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple. Unless a separate custom agreement applies, use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Availability and limitations
We work to keep Co-Parenting reliable, but syncing, notifications, and third-party services may be delayed or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Co-Parenting is not responsible for decisions based on user-provided content or for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms for technical, legal, or security reasons. For questions, email aldebaran.apps@gmail.com.
